So basically, I have moved out of my parents' house to start this new life here in the middle of nowhere. Actually, it's not the middle of nowhere. It's a bigger town than where I came from (not that it's HARD to have a bigger town than where I come from) and I cannot drive in it. Good times.
This time next year, I will be a declared major- whatever that may be- and becoming more increasingly poor. And I'm already poor as dirt now. Woo thug life. For now, I'm stuck taking all my gen-ed classes and already knowing which ones are giving me information that I will, most likely, never use. It's all really fun and great and whatnot, except for the part where I don't know of any scanners nearby on campus. But I get plenty of sketching in, because when I'm stressed\don't want to do my reading (which obviously happens OFTEN) I sketch. Also, my little excursion to the laundry room yesterday helped me make the discovery that washing my clothes takes an hour and a half. So more sketching\drawing will be done in that time as well.
Overall, though, I'm really excited to be here, and not stuck in high school!
But hopefully that will change and whatnot.
Oh, and PS- DO NOT take a political science class at eight in the morning. Seriously.
